LDS Author Hop

It's been one year this month since Daughter of Helaman was published. It has been a crazy year of learning, meeting new people, and living outside my comfort zone. Publishing a book is a huge milestone for a writer, and I have been so inexpressilby blessed to be able to do what I love.

To celebrate Daughter's birthday, I am excited to share with you Stripling Warrior (Daughter of Helaman #2). Click the cover to read for FREE on Wattpad.

I am also giving away three copies of Daughter of Helaman, Kindle or paperback, your preference. To enter to win, simply follow this blog on GFC (on the sidebar) and leave your email in the comments with the answer to the following question. Make sure to click below to complete your entry.

Or if you prefer,

I have a lot of favorites-
The "Let The Children Come Unto Me"
The story of Mary Magdelene - let he who is without sin cast the first stone... I think these are my favorites.

I have so many favorites, but this week I like Abinadi, especially the part where he comes in disguise. I always get this image of Abinadi wearing a Pink Panther disguise. You know the fake nose and eyebrows. He's an awesome scripture hero.

I also have many favorites, but since I just listened to the audiobook of "Alma the Younger" (by Heather Moore), I'm going to pick that story because it's been on my mind a lot!

I honestly don't know. There are so many amazing ones! I've always loved the war chapters about Captain Moroni and the Stripling Warriors though! Pretty awesome stuff there!
My favorite B of M story would have to be about the love Alma had for his son. So much so that he prayed continually for his return to the truth and showed so much love after Alma the younger returned.

I feel like a lot of people have said this, but the stripling warriors are my favorites. I mean, they're so inspiring and patriotic and awesome--to have so much faith is truly amazing. (:
I love when Jesus Christ visits the America's and blesses the children.

I love the letter exchange between Helaman and Pahoran in Alma 60 & 61. Odd, but it's my favorite.

There are so many good choices. I have to come back to Nephi and the courage it took him in multiple situations to do what he was asked. He was such a great example of obedience and faith. Thank you for the giveaway.

I love the story of Ammon and King Lamoni!
Wow, I don't think I could pick. The Book of Mormon is so incredible, and the stories are so exciting!

A tie between The Stripling Warriors and the testament it is to the power of strong, faithful mothers to influence the lives of their children and the story of Christ Appearing to the Nephites.
I love the sermons of King Benjamen and the story of Captain Moroni. In the Bible, I love the story of Ruth and Queen Esther.

I really love the story of Nephi and the bow. I especially love how Nephi still goes to Lehi for direction, even though Lehi and reached the point of murmuring. I think the story is just full of many really powerful lessons.

I really like when the younger Alma gives up his office as chief judge to go lay down the law to the saints. Even fights some battles with the Amilicite king and then the Lamanite king. He's about as tough as C. Moroni--another favorite.

Just stopping in to check out other LDS writer's sites, but now I'm going to have to check out your books. What's not to love about tough BOM chicks?
